We ship our choice of U.S. Postal Service or FedEx ground services as applicable.

Cost: Once you have selected at least one item and placed it in your cart, the shipping cost is shown on the left of all pages under "Your Order".

Yes we ship to APO/FPO.

Overnight, 2nd day, and other express shipping is not available.

Shipping Time:

All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated.

Orders are shipped in 1-4 business days depending on the time your order is placed. Cut off times vary.

Although orders are generally shipped as noted, this is not guaranteed.

Same day shipping is not available.

Shipping Guarantee:

Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.

Incorrect Addresses:

We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address. 

We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.

Orders shipping to outside of the United States of America:

Effective February 14th, 2013 we no longer ship outside of the U.S. except by military mail. (APO)
